    Hi there! I'm Jo Fazel, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach and Founder of NuLeaf Lifestyle

    I know all too well the embarrassment of carrying extra weight and the tiredness & stress that comes with being a mum. After years of trying all kinds of diet and exercise that didn't stick long-term I found a way that worked and my mission is to help other busy mums to do the same and finally feel good again.

    If you're like I was, it probably isn't the first time you've tried to lose weight or do something to overhaul your health. You've probably lost weight in the past and gained it all back and more. You may tell yourself that you don't have enough willpower or time. You may have resigned yourself to feeling exhausted, overweight & overwhelmed.
